Pretty in purple or is it pink?

Not much to say really… it’s a flower, a swan river daisy, I think. I quite like the bold purple against the green leaves.

Great photo Graham. Looks awesome with the iPhone plugin theme.
Excellent composition, perfect example of how to break the rules using 2 instead of a classic odd number. I would call it purple by the way.
Good to see you are still posting while others are being slack

Simple but very nice shot. I think the simple composition has worked in this shot.

Hello Graham,
Excellent, fine definition of detail, with nature’s subtle blend of soft pink, yet sharp light purple colour tones, as with the fine petal lines, combined with that of the blurred green background foliage, sets this picture.
May I suggest a framed enlargement for the lounge or another suitable area which will enhance this tranquility.
Regards, Brian.

Hi Brian. Thanks for the comment. I might print this one and put is up somewhere. We have just bought some frames and started printing some pictures of the kids. So this will go on the list too.

We have them all out the front, as a bit of a weed. Amelie always picks one or two flowers to give to somebody when she walks past them.
